My sister, Shadow (nickname), and I, Misti, were up in Quitman Texas visiting our Grandmother and we were walking around at about 11:00 p.m, (dont ask why im not even sure myself...) and we were flashing our spiffy new cameras takin pictures of nothing really... but the next day we got them developed and this strange blue "vapor" thing showed up. My grandmother said "Oh it's just some dust" but well we had to check it out... The next night at about the same time we got up and we looked through our cameras and saw nothing. We went fishing when the sun came up and on the way there we saw this black thing right over the grave of our dog. It was freaky but we were sure it was there because there was a shadow and we heard branches break, and leaves rustle, and a real heavy breathing. Then it turned around and we also turned and ran a ways off thinkin it might get us.... But we turned around again we saw nothing no places where the fence had been cut, just that the grave of our dog was dug up and the cross had been snapped. We went on fishing, then later came back... and we saw a tree that had totally snapped like a tooth pick, but there was no sound at all. My sister was first to notice there was a figure of black standing a distance off, and we watched it stare evily at us. My sister pulled out her camera and snapped a quick picture of it as it ran off. We developed it, there was a erie feeling about that figure. Shadow decided that it was a demon of the shadow world, and I say it was the image of the devil. But we never figured it out, and now we are asking you what you think. Was it a person...or a demon...or a ghost/spirit?? Will you guide us towards the right answer? Why did it tear apart the grave?

Very good story indeed!
It has to be a demon!

Hello..
I notice you had to have the pictures 'developed'. I am sure our younger members would think that is absolutely archaic, given that everything is digital. I notice you have been a member here since 2002, so I expect this happened around that time?
Do you still have the pictures? I would love to see them.
Muriel!
