Both my friend Camilla and I have seen it. We believe there is a ghost haunting our school hall, its pretty suprising seeing our school is only ten years old. Camilla's experience was on a performance night where she was siting in the audience (i was backstage preparing to sing), and she said that she had felt a prescence standing right behind her, and she turned and saw a black hooded figure for about a split second. My experience was when i was in a play a few weeks ago, we were in the ending scene where a girl reads from a book and the ghost of her friend stands up on a platform behind her, and I was part of that scene, and i saw this black hooded figure standing just behind the platform, i knew it wasnt one of the other cast members becuas they were all backstage.

Has your school done the play before??? Did anyone die doing it? Maybe its someone who did the play and died soon after and wants to come back to finish it off.

Hey, just wondering if the figure disappeared when your friend saw it or moved out of view? And did it disappear when you saw it? Little strange that a hooded figure should haunt a new school. Maybe you should look into the history of the place and see if the attire they were wearing was of a different age, like Victorian or something. But if it was somebody from the play in previous years then it could be that the past and present have intertwined and you and your friend are seeing events from the past? Good luck!

Hello!..
Did the school exist before the building was built? Was the school moved to this brand new building? And by the 'hall', I assure that you mean an theatre of sorts?
And if so, were there any incidents involving the theatre in the old school? Was there perhaps a dedicated drama teacher from days gone by who is still keeping an eye the productions? Having said that, it is strange that he or she would appear as a black hooded figure.
It would be an interesting exercise to do a bit of research on this fellow. You could talk to the other students and staff. You could look up retired staff who could shed some light on it. You could research the history of the site before the school was built. Was the school the first structure on the site or did it replace an older one? If so, what was the older building? And you could investigate whether or not recycled materials were used in the construction of the present building. For example, if the hardwood floors once graced another building, then any spirit attached to them would follow them to their new location.
Does your school have a newspaper? If so, what a fabulous investigative report this could be!
You take care!.. Muriel!..
