I think ghosts become less scarce when people know about them. I never knew that my school had a ghost until my recent experiences. Just last night I had a drama performance in the drama space and before we went on we had a rehearsal. I had two scenes to be in, and seeing after the rehearsal we would be going on in about 15 minutes, i had to get changed into my first scene costume. The rest of my drama class had gone back to the music room to prepare for the real performance. I was the only one left in the drama space, I heard footsteps behind the curtain somehwee while I was changing, I thought it must have been one of my fellow drama students so I called out "Hi, who is that?" and nobody answered. I freaked out a little and immediately ran out to the music room. I have a question for anyone, does anyone know if ghosts can actually move from building to building? My friend thinks that the ghost is a P.E teacher who died on a religious studies camp several years ago, but then he would probabaly haunt the place where the camp was?

Your friend could be right about the ghost. Not all ghosts haunt the place they died in. Sometimes they haunt their favorite place from when they were still living or they go to a living person they cared about and stay with them.
