Ghost Stories

Fighting Shadow People.

Hi all! I am new to this forum and thought I would share some of my experiences with you.

I read a few stories about Shadow people, and I would like to tell you how I dealt with the ones(or one) that were around me. I actually found my own way to beat them! Well not my own, but with the advice of a cousin, I never had problems again.

Anyways, my first experience with a shadow person was a few years ago. Bare in mind, I never played with the occult or magic, and I dont know how it came to me. All I do know, was about the time it first appeared, I was having a period of depression. Maybe that had something to do with it.

I was asleep, and I was dreaming about demons for some reason. They were trying to attack me, and I was fighting them. The best way I can really describe them: they were ugly imps. They wore dark robes and had hideous faces. I don't know how I knew they were demons, I just knew. Anyways, in my dream, I was in some sort of field(thats the best way I can describe it) and it was very gloomy. The sky was grey, and there were no clouds. A very depressing atmosphere. They kept attacking me, but i kept fighting them off. Ok, what I am going to say next is going to sound very corny. I am a practionner of martial arts, and as my dream went on, a deceased master appeared while I was fighting and said to me. "Fight with your heart, not your hands." After that I woke up. I still remember the dream to this day. It is still very clear in my mind, where most other dreams just fade away.

A couple of nights later, I was sleeping again and I woke up to see a shadow of a person at the end of my bed. It was very dark, and stood out from the regular darkness. I didnt know what to think, but I got a very cold chill. After a few moments it disappeared. A few nights later it appeared again, only this time right beside me, where I was sleeping. I looked up at it, and I swear it punched me in the face. I remember seeing stars and having a sharp blunt pain. It disapeared, and I fell back asleep. The next morning, I awoke and figured that it was just a dream. I walked to the bathroom, looked in the mirror and was alarmed to see a black eye was slowly forming, not severe, but noticeable nonetheless.

Over a period of time, the shadow person would make its appearance. My door would open and shut by itself, and my cat would go nuts and run out of my bedroom. Objects would fly off my desk, and I would always get the impression that someone was watching me. I got a sense that it was coming from my closet. Often times, my room would feel very heavy, like something was in the air.

Finally, I had enough. I was determined to beat this thing. And this is how I did it. My cousin Wilke was a practionner of Tai Chi, and QiGong. He often told me that we can direct our energies and use them to our will to heal as well as fight. I had done some training in Tai Chi with him, and with the other martial arts I trained in, I decided to try something. In my room, I meditated and tried to visualise my ki (energy force) flowing inside me. As best I could, I tried to direct my Ki with a loud KIAI (spiritual yell and release) towards my closet. Its kinda hard to describe the process, but basically, I made a punching motion where I visualised the ki leaving my body, while realising a Kiai shout. Sorry if thats confusing. Here is what happened----

Almost immediately, I felt as if the air around me lightened up. I almost got the feeling that what ever it was felt my blow, and was shocked. Eventually, the air in my room seemed to return to the way it was before, and the watching feeling was gone. I have not t had an incident since, and my cat loves sleeping on my bed again. It has been 2 years without incident. I am sure whatever it is has left.

Well thats my little story, I know it may be hard to swallow, but thats what happened. I have a few more tales, but I will wait for a nother time.
